AVOID!! - Customer Service Advisor Poltronesofà Employee Review

Avoid at all costs!! The new owner has absolutely no idea about the UK market!! He has bought a strong company and is slowly ripping it to pieces. The old board must be either astounded by this man (not in a good way) or laughing their backs off at the complete disaster this has become. ALL UK directors have handed in their notice!!!! The new owner is impossible to work for. He has taken all powers to resolve customers under the Consumer Rights Act from staff. They all need to seek director level approval. He does not want to refund anyone. Head office is hemorrhaging staff and he's not replacing them. We feel he does not want a UK based office and we are being forced out of our jobs.
