      The odds of this company keeping the lights on seem very low. There is something to be said for the high turnover that has happened here. Management will blame whoever they can for their mistakes. The communication barrier rivals that of the Hoover Dam

      Pros

      You can have many chances to try the different new things, new processing development and new product development. The boss is very nice to encourage you even if you fail with the project .

      Cons

      Bad company management, no share, no teamwork, health-harmful working environment, super old tooling.
