1/2 day Fridays in the winter - Other than that, I really cannot think of 20 positive words to write down here.
Cons
Forces you to take off time during the holiday (2 weeks), don't get benefits until you've been with the company for a year, work load is ATROCIOUS and no one appreciates all the work that has been done during the summer, expectations are unreachable, NO ONE CARES about you at all at this company. They don't care about your well being or your sanity during the summer.
