      The workplace culture was challenging due to certain individuals in leadership positions, which resulted in a negative atmosphere. The environment became extremely unhealthy, with ongoing redundancies and rising workloads that left many of us feeling overworked, a feeling commonly shared across the office.

      Pros

      Some great people to work with, interesting products with top retail customers. Very strong design team and an innovation led business

      Cons

      Managing Director focuses on the product details not interested in the sales numbers. Micro manages - too systems led. Most people have been working there for 10+years so don't embrace change or new ideas well.

      Good employee benefits such as paid for Xmas and summer parties. Xmas bonus depending on the business profit margin. Discounted designer lights.

      Cons

      The support lacked slightly and training was pretty non existent. I was sort of left to my own device’s when I started.
