OMG What a crappy company! I remember talking to one of the managers and him telling me "My job is to put pressure on you". That simply sums it up. Management has no notion of how to run a company. The management seems to have this view that "I paid you Rs 100 so I need to get the maximum I can out of your time. I dont care if you havent eaten or slept for last couple of days". Status meetings are simply harassment. The experience from working here is also pretty much useless. Stay away if you have any other option. I think the general attitude here is that being a manager makes me some kind of VIP and I can use that power for whatever I choose.
