Terrible Management. - Anonymous employee Popeyes Employee Review

The company does not follow safety protocol when it comes to food freshness, it really was awful. They would allow us to leave chicken under the heater for hours past the expiration. Not to mention, we were VERY understaffed and the management barely did anything about it. At one point, our team usually consisted of 10 people (sometimes more), but one night there were only 2 people working. I was one of them.
