Pros
- This company and the people are like no other. I was looking forward to many years with PG, however, had to leave due to external circumstances. - The CULTURE is the main focus and it makes all the difference! The trust extended to each employee is extensive and when they say you can call anyone in the directory regardless of their title, they mean it. - There are over 100 employees across 4-5 offices across the nation and the despite the distance and time difference, the community is incredibly close knit. - You will learn A LOT during your time at PG. PG strives to make you better, and in turn you will make PG better. There is an obvious focus on learning and the managers put a huge emphasis on helping you focus on your career path; they will help you do whatever possible to get closer to your goals.
Cons
- At times my team felt understaffed and I feel PG needs to keep a closer eye on the growth of the company/new clientele and consider the growing workload. They need to make sure there is enough support to get the work done.
