Pros
It got my foot in the door with a very good company. Paid holidays. The dental and vision insurance is very reasonable.
Cons
Very disorganized in the set up paper work. I am a seasoned professional and my agent is some 23 year old kid that is telling me what to wear and how to behave during an interview.
