Pros
Great work-life balance (you're encouraged to take PTO and not penalized for it), senior managers are involved and visible to the ecosystem, lots of internal promotions and opportunities for growth, has good discretionary benefits, has good DE&I initiatives (ERG groups, volunteer options if you're close to their head office), offers a lot of training opportunities, culture is great for a corporation, weekly meetings with management so you know where you are when it comes to performance.
Cons
High turnover, pays under market average for most roles, most teams run "lean" and some climbers are overworked, medical benefits aren't the best and are expensive, asks for annual feedback from climbers but doesn't really action the feedback given, company is "remote first" but won't hire or promote people to certain roles if they aren't local to an office.
