Pros
It can be a great company to work for. They give out prizes and bonuses when you meet your goals. They are good about communicating with you about your performance.
Cons
Calling people for money is not the easiest thing to do and if you don't meet your goal they will let you go after a few times plus you don't get your bonus. Also, they are always listening to your calls and if you and instead of an that is losing 25% of your bonus!
