Job performance and compensation is ALWAYS subject for discussion....and trust me, we don't like the turn-around either but we've learned to manage it and often the new people it brings in become a blessing.

Thank you...remember that we offer "work from home" days too so avoid traffic and take a remote day periodically to make the drive more tolerable. We get it!

Pros

Great hardworking peers that put forth tremendous effort and customer service to get their jobs done.

Cons

Ah where to start.. this seemed to be so long ago but yet it was not! When the managing partner/owner Jeff T berates you and swears up and down all day long without any sense of professionalism to his peers, it's a red flag as it is. I took pride in working at their place of employment because of the mid-level management and peers around me. But the upper level of management (the main 3) are a complete joke and wouldn't advise anyone to work there. The turnover is high due to the lack of morale. The first few months will be bearable and even at times enjoyable, but once you stay past the 3-4 month mark, you will be guaranteed to see how they manipulate you as well as others. It's sad to say because the peers there were truly hardworking, not to mention everyone did their best to enjoy their jobs. They value quantity over quality, and definitely show no character within their means. The peers here really make the upper-level management their money, without them, this company wouldn't even exist. Upper-level management fails to realize that the peers in fact do make their paychecks and do in fact work hard. Respect is earned, but they seemed to have forgotten that! The apple doesn't fall from the tree. Quality works there, joke of an upper-level management for sure.
