Pros
I learned a lot of new skills during my time here, which I really appreciated. The team is small but super driven and supportive. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and always willing to help out. The work they do—especially helping local businesses with things like websites, branding, and SEO—is really meaningful and hands-on.
Cons
I found the management style pretty unorganized. There wasn’t a clear structure, and it often felt like everyone was doing a bit of everything, which got overwhelming at times. The manager wasn’t very approachable, so it was hard to ask questions or get feedback. That said, the team itself was really supportive and worked well together, even with the lack of direction. One thing that stood out to me was that the tasks I ended up doing were quite different from what was described in the original role posting.
