Working remotely only sometimes brings challenges, but online communication is excellent!

COO is the most unprofessional person I have ever listened to on every operations call and meeting. I have never heard a COO put down others just to praise himself. He can’t have a conversation without an F bomb in every sentence. The COO tries to lead with threats of instant dismissal and has no real idea how to build good people, Just so unprofessional. You will be told a job description then perform 6 more jobs being told it’s just a temporary need and it will help you stand out…it’s permanent and they will just keep you in your position till you BURN out. Micro management top down.
