The environment is so inviting. I have loved this job since day 1. You are treated like family here. I have had a lot of supervisors and bosses throughout the years, but my boss Tristica is the most AMAZING boss ever! She is down to Earth, encouraging, holds you accountable, and is always willing to help if you need it. I love what I do. I enjoy helping our clients, and I have co-workers that are now some of my best friends. You also get a $2 bonus an hour just for showing up and being on time which helps so much in this day’s economy.
Cons
If you are late or do not come to work, you will receive attendance points that count against you and lose your $2 bonus for that pay period. Bottom line-SHOW UP and do your best!
