Pros
- Solar Product - Opportunity to work on ambiguous projects - Hard workers in IC-level roles - Most people were open to collaboration and doing good work
Cons
- Leadership lacked direction - Not a very transparent place to work - Not enough tools to better employees - Computers sucked, so made it hard to do good work - A lot of "reverse racism" talk, but look at the C-suite , lol - Decisions being made often made no logical sense from top-down - Lack of transparent incentive and bonus plans A real shame how they decided to lay off 80%+ of their workforce with no pay, no benefits, no anything... much less on a Sunday via email. Tragic leadership decision-making. No empathy for people's lives when the mission is supposed to be able helping. Contradictory.
