      Amazing bcbas and staff, decent pay

      Cons

      Does not get paid for client cancelations until notified 12 hours prior and client is not sick or weather related, hours vary so paycheck is never the same if clients cancel or discharge

      Pros

      Fantastic company morale, great support and genuine empathy and understanding from management and the director, and a fantastic, collaborative working environment. I was happy waking into work every day.

      Cons

      Wish I’d made more $ as a Master of Psychology, but hey, ABA therapists don’t require Master’s degrees, so I get it.

      The kids. The center is super cute.

      Cons

      Since the merge with Invo and AHSS, PBC wasn't the same and went from a great place to work to not good. Very short lunch breaks for RBTs.
