The underlying vision of PoMo is super exciting. Inspired to generate new thinking about money, and the way banking and finance may be damaging the real economy.

It seemed to me that developing great new economic ideas was relegated behind other issues. In many situations, I felt undermined by the CEO. This despite being passionate about the job and working very long hours. I also felt controlled and micromanaged relative to other people in the organisation, particularly when I tried to express any alternative views. The hierarchical system felt somewhat over-developed for an organisation that has only a handful of full-time employees. This was sadly the reason I left a job that I may have otherwise really enjoyed.
