Pros
Great company for independent contractors! They offer extra money per hour if you supervise an assistant, even for your own cases. The administration is super kind, responsive, and efficient. They have opportunities for professional development which is helpful. They are supportive but do not micromanage.
Cons
Over the years they have not been the most helpful in getting referrals for me in specific area, but this ultimately hasn't mattered as I've never had a problem finding cases on my own.
