      Uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden, veel regelmogelijkheden, brede rollen met veel verantwoordelijkheid, platte organisatie met korte communicatielijnen, internationaal bedrijf, dynamische markt.

      Cons

      Kleine organisatie met weinig doorgroeimogelijkheden, kent nog een familiaire cultuur, maar ontwikkelt zichzelf naar een professionele organisatie binnen de automotive.
