Great Family own Company - Director of Patrol Operations Post Alarm Systems Employee Review

I have work in Law Enforcement and security for my whole life from the Sheriffs Department, then a National Accounts Manager with Protection One and the last 22 years here at Post Alarm. There is really something to say about working for a family owned company, its a family. They deeply care about there employees like there a family member. I drive 60 miles each way to work, from my home in Thousand Oaks to my work in Arcadia, I interviewed because a friend that I worked with at Protection One landed here. When he said it would be a great fit for me I said no way am I going to drive from thousand Oaks to Arcadia everyday and 22 years later I'm still here.
