Pros

The team is collaborative and supportive of each other. They are 100% focused on making sure customers are successful with a team that has a high retention rate. Get to work with more advanced marketers so each day is unique with an opportunity to be challenged. Product team is customer focused in terms of roadmap, so clients are not stuck waiting for improvements they need

Cons

None in my personal opinion.

Pros

PostUp is a small-to-medium sized company where there are no borders between departments. Most people are friendly, talk freely and get along. The vibe and company culture are very relaxed yet still manages to be a very fast acting, results-oriented company. PostUp provides a myriad of perks such as free snack and sodas, free food every Friday (sometimes breakfast sometimes lunch), a Foosball table that gets a lot of love, once a month Leslie from Absolutely Relaxed Massage Therapy comes in and gives massages in house, etc. You'll find people who get together on their personal time to watch tv\movies, play golf, go to happy hours, etc. It's a great place to make life-long friends.

Cons

There will always be something negative about a job. People come and go. New strategies are introduced that don't solve any problems. Some people are harder to work with than others. Over the years the good has far outweighed the bad.
