Cons
This isn't specifically a con, however we are a globally distributed workforce spread across multiple timezones and countries, and therefore people need to be prepared to attend ad hoc meetings and calls out of hours BUT as the business is focussed more on outcomes, rather than hours worked, the positive is that you can create your own calendar and adapt hours to suit this need as and when it is required.
