I was given a lot of opportunities for learning and growing, loved the culture of the team, fun environment, meeting a lot of people and making a difference in their lives
Cons
It’s a lifestyle commitment. Need to be available all the time. I enjoyed it when I was single and didn’t have any other commitments, but it didn’t work that well for me when I started a family.
