Reported directly to Founding Director - communication was not great, and later non-existent. Had trouble getting my invoices paid (contractor position), company seemed highly disorganized and uncaring towards staff and vendors. They still currently owe me money (never paid last invoice). They get a new marketing manager every three months, that should say something.
