Always understaffed and having to work extra, not being able to get off of work unless you can get your own shift covered, high burn-out rate and low pay. Work never stopped due to having to constantly get emails, texts, or have last minute mandatory trainings.

The people at PHG are caring and supportive. Management is open to new ideas and thinking outside the box.

The only con is a huge one: salaries are far too low.
