Pros
- Great place to work for someone wanting to get started in sales - You meet great people at this company - Mexico trip every year - Multiple positions outside of the sales realm to do - Great money opportunity if you're willing to put in the work
Cons
- Schedule and work life balance are not great - This place is advertised as a great place for women to work. This industry is a very male dominated already so I was sold this dream on "the women's initiative", "women in leadership", and making sure that the women are protected. The men at the company are really what the women need protecting from. Many women, including myself, have been preyed upon by our male coworkers. Not only did it come from the direct peers, but the leadership as well. They keep promoting "Company Culture", but all they do is rent out bars where people get unprofessionally drunk and obviously people are doing unprofessional things. Leadership sets the tone for their people to follow so there is something very wrong happening. The women that do work here know how to use it to their advantage. Many women have left the company because they felt uncomfortable and/or harassed. One might ask, "Why didn't they report it to HR?" Oh they did, and their investigations are a joke. Many women have reported sexual harassment to HR and they do absolutely nothing. I have no confidence that this will change in the future. If you are a women looking at working here, this could be a great opportunity for you (career wise), but PLEASE do not be silent if you feel uncomfortable or unsupported. Heed my words.
