Great Atmosphere & Culture - Energy Advisor PowerOne Employee Review

I joined their sales team with no experience, not even knowledge about the energy industry! I Received all the training i needed in order to now be one of their top sales reps in Chicago. Most companies just tell you there is growth opportunity and there's really not... Not the case at PowerOne. I was recognized for my hard work and dedication and was able to be my own boss yet alone manage a great sales team! After proving myself at the office, i was able to be an outside sales rep starting in my own neighborhood and within my first year I earned 65k.

The commute traffic, Since the times of the office changed I am stuck in more traffic and have less time at home in the evening... the upside to that is that we get to leave at 2 pm on Fridays..
