At Powerdot, we gather anonymous input through quarterly eNPS surveys and regular performance check-ins to understand where we are doing well and where we need to improve. Our current eNPS stands at 41, which points to solid engagement across the organisation, but we see this as a baseline, not a finish line.
We are a performance-driven company operating in a fast-scaling environment. That means we are constantly evolving how we work, how we lead, and how we support people in their development.
