Pros

Flexible hours and not much to say.

Cons

It is very fast paced. Manager expects you to know everything from the get go and is not very patient when teaching new staff. Inadequate method of training staff members. There is not enough support from management, manager micromanages staff members. The micromanagement from the manager causes stress and anxiety which affected my mental health.

Pros

This is what I have come to understand as typical of an Agency environment. It's fast paced and always busy, you will never be bored and there are always varied challenges.

Cons

Unfortunately existing business seems to take a second focus to chasing new business. Often this results in inadequate resourcing which is a shame as it places extra pressure on employees to deliver an excellent service.

Pros

It's laid back in terms of attire and attitudes around the office.

Cons

Too much work left to too few. They just keep hiring kids to do the work, so that managers don't have to. Bullying culture of keeping things exactly the same, so that no one in a senior management role is seen to be rocking the boat.
