It's great to hear that you feel we look after mental health - this is something of great importance to us that we have increasingly focused on, especially during this last year.
We absolutely love to promote from within! This is why we created a clear capability matrix which is used as a great development tool so everyone knows exactly what is needed to progress to the next level. For those who are looking for progression, line managers work with colleagues to train and give exposure to different areas to enable development. And to help our colleagues find new opportunities, we have an internal job board where all vacancies across the whole group are available to everyone in one place. However, while we would love all roles to be filled internally, sometimes more development is needed or specialist knowledge/experience is required due to certain requirements necessitated by the role.
I do hope you continue to enjoy working with us, and I would recommend speaking with your line manager so you can be on that journey so that when something becomes available, you will be ready for the next step.
