Very low for the industry Management is dishonest and untrustworthy Serious nepotism at all levels. Company attempted to grow too fast, ran low on revenue, and cut employee perks and pay to make up for it. Will overload you with multiple labor intensive projects until you finally break, then discipline you for not meeting goals No training program. Sink or swim mentality Hire turnover rate / frequently hire people with no PM experience who burn out quickly
