Pros
I don't remember any Pros about working here.
Cons
This company will over-work you and then not put in any kind of appreciation toward the effort you make. Upper management will take credit for all your work and not give you even the simplest of recognition. They don't care if there's a blizzard outside, you must come into work (even if they don't). They don't care if your commute is 2+ hours, you must be there on time everyday no matter what, or they will talk about you behind your back and tell the whole company that you're a bad employee because your train was delayed 15 minutes. You will never get your full hour (or even half hour) of lunch because upper management will be calling you and texting you to come back to the office to do things that they are too lazy to figure out for themselves. They will change your job description and add on more and more responsibilities without extra compensation. You will have three different bosses and all of their projects are high priority but when you explain to them that you can't do everything at the same time, they simply just don't care and expect you to get it done with 10 hands and 10 eyes or something, I really don't know. Ridiculous and selfish standards.
