Pros
If you are a fresher want learn you can join but remember they will not give you any offer letter, experience letter. You are not a employee for them, they will throw you out once their work fulfilled.
Cons
There is no leave policy here, they will cut your salary even if you are taking 1 day sick leave. 6 days working. You have to submit your mobile before entering into the work permisis. Salary not credit on time, you have to follow up with HR. Remember they will throw you out with out any notice. once your project/ work finished, Same day they will say don't come from tomorrow
