Pros
Pay scale is higher than most other companies.
Cons
Not enough support from corporate. Most people do not want to help you as they feel it it is forbidden to help out. Which leaves you always wondering of you are doing your job correclty. There was also too much turn over. If you did build a relationship it would not last long as usually people leave with in two years.
