I recommend Prama 100%. My perspective towards learning shifted exponentially when I joined Prama. Right from day one, I have been assigned mentors and leads who have helped me set the right goals and shown me a path to achieve them. This was over the top. Not seen much of this before. The Prama Learning Cafe is a great opportunity to work on mandatory leadership skills. It's been a few years now, and I see that my career graph is only going higher. There are a lot of good team-building activities and employee appreciation activities that help us stay connected. The yearly reviews are very well-defined and offer good appraisals and promotions. Good health benefits. Whether it's Diwali gift or a birthday gift, Prama has a class. Good job, Prama leadership and management for all you do.
