50/50 - Senior Sales Consultant Pravins Employee Review

The only pros to working for this foul company are that you have a job(for how long you manage to keep it, your guess is as good as mine!) and you get paid(badly).

To cut a long story short, everything! Unfair wages, no sick pay, no work place policies(these are actually hidden from you so you don’t know your rights), terrible work/life balance, bonus scheme is constantly being cut despite this being what they use to sell the job to you and to top it all off higher management create an extremely toxic environment despite not working in this location or ever being available when you genuinely need them but don’t worry they are more than happy to let you know they don’t like you through underhanded techniques. If I could give zero stars I would. The worst company I have ever worked for, I wouldn’t wish a job here on my worst enemy. I am completely aware how great it looks on paper but save yourself the headache and do not ever under any circumstances apply!

Commission has been absent for years due to high targets despite promises of easy and generous bonuses. Even at times when reaching the target the promised amount has been half of what promised.
