Pros

- you'll help out with Outlook/Office, GMail/G Suite, AD and other tools that all IT companies will use - annual bonuses - no on-call shifts - you help out multiple companies with their IT issues, so you will be familiar with all kinds of IT daily issues - helpful knowledge bases and training documentation

Cons

- low salary - high turnover rates - management will use scare tactics to motivate employees - not all employees will do the same amount of work, some employees will need to work more on helpdesk tickets - rotation to drive to San Diego once per week from Orange County - offboarding is very awkward and almost spiteful

Pros

Company culture is casual yet ambitious. Lots of positive reinforcement, firsthand experience with cutting-edge tech, and the kind of problem solving that makes you sharper no matter where you end up. Most of the staff have been here longer than seven years. When people aren't leaving, that tells you everything you need to know.

Cons

Nothing that overshadows how solid this place is.

Pros

Pravis is an amazing company to work for if you're looking to expand your IT career! You'll gain experience using the latest technology across different environments, working with the best tight-knit team of technicians across the industry. While other companies can fall short, sticking to old standards and processes, making each day feel like you're stuck on repeat, I'm constantly learning and expanding my IT knowledge. Pravis has never let me down, and you'll be rewarded if you stick with them for the long haul. Anyone with a passion for technology will thrive and quickly prosper with the Pravis team.

Cons

Starting from the bottom and working my way up, I can see how others may feel their work can outweigh the compensation from the start. Some may also dislike travel and working with customers face to face, but that's all in the eye of the beholder.
