Onboarding process could be smoother. Sometimes it was hard to understand expectations for deliverables early on. A bit more structured mentorship would’ve helped at first.

Interesting positions and excellent program managers.

Micromanagement, ATS workflows were unwieldy, but didn't cover all the steps, some back biting in the department and overall I had a miserable and unpleasant experience, but all the other leadership and teams were fantastic, and my teammates were great.
