- Pathetic work environment, People are treated like slaves. - Tremendous pressure on Project Managers, for any issues or escalation, fingers are raised on Project Managers. - Biased culture, where ID's are favored more than anyone else in the company. - No work ethics, Senior managers dont know how to speak in front of resources. Constant abusive words are used to demoralize people. - No Planning - whenever there is a fire on the projects, all the office force is moved there to complete the task. irrespective of other project deadlines. once the situation is salvaged, blame the project managers again for missing the deadlines. - Last but not the least, Project managers think twice, thrice before joining this company. do not ruin your career.
