Good younger team who are reliable and nice.
Cons
Excepting for one lady, all other instructional designers were very boorish, embarrassingly personal, rude,aggressive, and sullen. Huge culture gap between some older male IDs (35 plus) and the much younger team they have to work with. They harass the younger men AND women (because they are afraid of their skills set and because of personality disorders) they work with as a matter of course and management is too tired to intervene because senior management is either least concerned or completely oblivious because it does not happen in front of them, or they do not know how to avoid hiring creeps. It is not a good place to go to because on top of everything they are very cheap with salary. They are satisfied to take people's skills and invent N number of reasons to pay them less. You will walk away from here with 10,000 per month salary. Breathtakingly cheap and harassment as a bonus.
