Cons
High stress, hostile environment. Cashiers are forced to do everything at command when core doesn't mind if they don't. All for a $25. Gift certificate. No set hours. Request off for church and you wont get it. They dont allow changes in your availability ,without firing you. Customer and teem members harrass each other online, or out of work, sometimes even during work. If you yell or bring corporate in expect to be taken back to the office like a little baby instead of them fixing the problem. You can be there for over 2 years and never get promoted, even when you Request. Theys rather promoted a person that only has used a paper and pen.. experience within management from people who have worker there before and know what there doing.
