Pros
Always busy with something, challenging work, good IT department and call center staff. They are putting together the right pieces to grow fast and have a good outlook. Management rewards with compensation for good, hard work. (Just don't ask for it). If you do good you'll get noticed.
Cons
High Turnover Ratio. As much as they try to want you to believe you're part of the management / admin team, you're really not. There's just two people who make all of the decisions and often are angry about reports and project completions. However, it's really management that fails to lead in any way shape or form and then they end up blaming people for not "taking initiative."
Management is out of the office 2-3 days a week at most months, and there are no administrative controls. You have senior management, and entry level workers, no middle management, except on the IT side.
Benefits stink. 5 days PTO/sick time/ vacation a year. They can get away with that because they are just out of NYC. While I was there, Call center manger was fired without 2 week notice, and everyone thought he was doing great. If you butt heads with the boss, you'll get fired, which is not what they promote. They say ask questions, challenge us if you think we're wrong, then they turn around and fire anyone who asks too many questions.
