Toxic culture masked by false positivity. Avoid the Program Coordinator Role. - Program Coordinator Precision AQ Employee Review

Pros

Some very talented and hardworking people are part of this organization, but many of those folks have left.

Cons

For those considering a Program Coordinator role, be aware that workloads can be unrealistically heavy and expectations are often unclear. Team dynamics can become stressful and unsupportive. Employees who attempt to raise concerns or set boundaries may feel singled out or unsupported by leadership, and often, performance discussions seem to follow shortly after speaking up. There is a broader culture of control and micromanagement that creates an environment where open communication feels unsafe. For Medical Communications Program Management, leadership often presents a positive and inclusive image externally, but many employees report feeling manipulated or dismissed when issues arise. The company overall appears to be losing talent, and morale has declined noticeably in recent years. If you are interviewing or considering a position here it’s worth comparing this opportunity with similar organizations (a quick online search can show you other options). The right environment will align with both your professional goals and your well-being.

Pros

Scientific rigor; supportive environment; resilient and able to remain stable/drive growth throughout market changes; hire excellent people who are smart, hardworking, and collaborative; strive to work as an extension of their client teams and strategic partners; broad, integrated capabilities across the product lifecycle; interesting portfolio of complex therapies and innovative platforms

Cons

Integrated systems and processes can be less than ideal given the broad scope of work across PMG; clients' reliance on fast turnaround + quality can create pressure; resource planning can feel a bit reactive vs proactive

Pros

Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

Cons

Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
