      Pros

      The pay is great along with bonus structure. There is alot of potential for the company but even more inconsistencies and incompetentcies among the senior management.

      Cons

      Union is weak. Management is even weaker. They talk out of both ends and nothing makes sense. Poor selection in people running the front lines of the company (production supervisors). No appreciation whatsoever
