Can't get out of there own way - Manager Precision Castparts Employee Review

This company has no strategic direction. They blindly stumble through the year hoping to get financial wins. Goals are not clearly communicated and there is no alignment of what they need to do to resources required. The business metrics do not match the operating model. I had 7 bosses in 3 years and 8 Controllers over the same period of time. This company wants to do the right things but never takes the time to do one thing right and build off it.
