Good compensation, as well as benefits and bonus package. They the leader in a unique and interesting industry. Also very large, with many opportunities to move around the nation or world.
Cons
Corporate culture is rather tough. They expect you to work very hard, and make many sacrifices to work for them. The work environment is different, because most offices are in large factories. Also, very old and rudimentary technology, software, and communication tools.
