      Alright pay when you don't have to help somebody else all day

      Cons

      Having to help someone only getting paid for 5 hours being gone from home more than 12. Its supposed to be commission based on installs.

      Pros

      Great pay. Autonomy and ability to be self-driven at work to achieve goals. Leadership cares about personal growth and development. My particular location is very progressive in terms of support for diverse populations of employees (especially LGBTQ inclusivity).

      Cons

      Some days are slow, others have overtime hours. Hard to schedule free time around an unpredictable schedule.
