      Company truck, gas card, laid back environment

      Cons

      Poor Managment, owner is not a easy person to work for. Commission % is far lower than other companies. No one lasts longer than a year. Company trucks are all damaged and poorly maintained. Too much favoritism, rules change every other day.

      Pros

      Great pay. Autonomy and ability to be self-driven at work to achieve goals. Leadership cares about personal growth and development. My particular location is very progressive in terms of support for diverse populations of employees (especially LGBTQ inclusivity).

      Cons

      Some days are slow, others have overtime hours. Hard to schedule free time around an unpredictable schedule.
