      The independent style of work.

      Cons

      Employer pays just as much as Walmart. They lie and deduct more from what the product costs them from the commission you make. Scheduling males no sense. They also encourage you lieing to customers.

      Pros

      Great pay. Autonomy and ability to be self-driven at work to achieve goals. Leadership cares about personal growth and development. My particular location is very progressive in terms of support for diverse populations of employees (especially LGBTQ inclusivity).

      Cons

      Some days are slow, others have overtime hours. Hard to schedule free time around an unpredictable schedule.
