Pros
My experience at Precision Financial Services was that of a caring and collaborative work environment whose origins stem from a family run practice. The "family-like" atmosphere clearly visible during my tenure. The firm has experienced continuous growth and provides employees with ample opportunity to use their skills while contributing towards that success. Working in the Mine Hill, NJ office I had direct access to the firm's leadership team. This allows employees to have a "voice" that they can feel confident will be heard. It also allows employees the opportunity to learn additional skills in which they show interest.
Cons
Although the PFS team has grown there can be challenges in working in a smaller office. If someone is looking to get a job where they can "hide" this may not be the place for them to work. On the other hand, if someone thrives on making a difference and wants their work to be noticed then the challenges of a small office could actually be an advantage.
